The next generation of the Microsoft Partner Program has been unveiled as the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. This rebranding signifies Microsoft’s commitment to harnessing the power of AI and cloud technology to create innovative solutions for its partners.
Bing Chat Enterprise: Your AI-Powered Chat for Work
Bing Chat Enterprise, an AI-powered chat for work, now offers commercial data protection. This ensures that your confidential business data remains within your organization without any risk of leakage. The chat conversations in Bing Chat are not used to train the underlying AI model, ensuring that your data remains protected. This feature will be available in preview to organizations licensed for Microsoft 365 E5, E3, Business Premium, and Business Standard at no additional cost from July 18, 2023.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot will be available at $30 per user per month for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium customers.
Power Automate Process Mining
Microsoft announced the general availability of Process Mining in Power Automate, providing customers with AI-powered insights to optimize existing processes and drive efficiencies through low-code automation. The pricing and name changes will be effective from August 1, 2023.
The Sales Copilot, now generally available, allows salespeople to stay in the flow of their activity with their customers. It integrates CRM data from Salesforce or Dynamics 365, enabling salespeople to complete their tasks without having to switch systems.
D365 Customer Insights Copilot
The Customer Insights Copilot will be generally available from September 1, 2023. It combines customer data platform and customer journey orchestration capabilities into a single solution, enabling businesses to create contextually relevant customer journeys across markets, sales, and service.
Power Automate Process Mining and Next-Generation AI
Power Automate Process Mining, infused with next-generation AI, will become generally available on August 1, 2023. This tool enables organizations to understand their business processes, maximize insights, and drive continuous process improvement with automation and low-code apps.
Azure OpenAI Expanded Availability
Azure OpenAI is now available in North America, Western Europe, and for the first time, Asia.
Microsoft and Meta have partnered to democratize AI and its benefits. Azure customers can now fine-tune and deploy the 7B, 13B, and 70B-parameter Llama 2 models on Azure. Llama will also be optimized to run locally on Windows, enabling developers to bring generative AI experiences to their applications.
Azure Migrate and Modernize (AMMP) Program Extended
Microsoft has extended the Azure Migrate and Modernize (AMMP) program and announced a threefold increase in its investment.
Azure Innovate
Azure Innovate is a new $100 million investment from Microsoft designed to work with AMMP to modernize on-premise workloads into AI-infused cloud-native applications.
AIM is a new method for moving critical processes to the cloud. It covers on-premises business applications like Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics SL, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Windows 365 Frontline
Windows 365 Frontline, a Virtual Desktop solution for shift and part-time workers, is now generally available.
