Progressus Advanced Projects February Release Now Available

Progressus Advanced Projects 9.9.0.6 release is available and includes a variety of enhancements to journals, resources, projects, and WIP.

Progressus Advanced Projects 9.9.0.6 release is now available and includes application enhancements to expand the robust functionality available to professional services and project-based businesses.

The February release contains enhancements most notably to Billing and Resource Planning.

Billing, Resource Planning, and Time	A new Approved column was added to the Invoice Suggestion List on both the Processing menu and the Role Center Page
A new Ellipsis (…) has been added in the Timesheet Hours field on the time entry line for each day for the Progressus timesheet	Bug fixes most notably to Billing, Project, and Time

Budget Updates

• Customers would value the ability to display both the Sell-to Customer No., and the Sell-to Name fields on the Invoice Suggestion page.
  • Added the Sell-to Customer No. and Sell-to Name fields on the Invoice Suggestion page. These fields can be added through Personalization.
• Customers would value the ability to add the Finished, Finished By, and Finished Date fields to the Milestone Processing page to be consistent with the fields in Milestones.
  • Added Finished, Finished By, and Finished Date fields to the Milestone Processing page.

Resource Planning Updates

• Include Start/End Time from Budget entries to Work Assignments.
  • Customers would value the ability to include the Start/End Time from the Budget when importing Budget entries to the Resource Board, Work Assignments.
• Add the ability to Disregard Capacity (<24h)
  • Customers would value the ability to assign the Work Assignment relative to the Resource’s capacity. A new field is added: Disregard Capacity (<24h). This option applies if selected (true), and the budget hours for a Resource exceeds their capacity for the day. The work assignment does not go over Capacity, it instead covers multiple days.

Additional Enhancements and Bug Fixes

This release also includes bug fixes to Journals, Budget, Expense, and Purchasing.
